“The Wilde Ones”, documentário sobre Richard Wilde

Há trinta e cinco anos atrás, Richard Wilde criou o departamento de Publicidade e Graphic Design da School of Visual Arts, em Nova Iorque.
Hoje, ele ainda continua na cadeira de diretor e executa o programa com entusiasmo e liderança inigualável, recrutando os talentos do topo da indĂşstria como instrutores para manter a reputação da faculdade como uma das melhores do mundo. Ele Ă© nada menos do que uma verdadeira lenda viva, um Ăcone do mundo do design gráfico e publicidade. Por esses e outros motivos, a diretora Benita Raphan aceitou o convite de dirigir “The Wilde Ones”, um documentário em tributo aos 40 anos de Wilde na universidade.
O filme Ă© construĂdo em torno de uma sĂ©rie de entrevistas com alguns professores talentosos que trabalham ou trabalharam ao lado de Wilde, alĂ©m de Ăcones da indĂşstria, incluindo George Lois, Paula Scher, Carin Goldberg, Victore James, Sahre Paulo, e Anderson Gail, exaltando o entusiasmo, profissionalismo, consistĂŞncia e brilho com que Richard ajudou a construir a escola e uma visĂŁo diferente para o ensino do design.
E se você está achando que deve ser algo um tanto chato e entediante, a diretora se uniu a galera da SUSPECT para dar um visual um tanto moderno para o projeto, cheio de efeitos e novidades.
